When will my order be shipped or ready for pickup?

Products made to order between 7 to 10 business days, then shipped or picked up

When does my order arrive once it has been shipped?

Shipping in the metropolitan region has a period of 1 to 3 business days. If the order is not delivered in the first delivery attempt, a second delivery attempt will be made, so this period can be extended to 7 business days.

Shipping to regions takes 2 to 5 business days. If the order is not delivered in the first delivery attempt, a second delivery attempt will be made, so this period can be extended to 15 business days.

When can I pick up my order?

You have a maximum of 1 month to withdraw your order, orders older than 1 month if withdrawn are considered forgotten and return to stock.

How to take measurements?

Bust circumference Pass the measuring tape under the arms and back and place it just above the most prominent part of the bust . Make sure the measuring tape is horizontal with respect to the floor.

Underbust circumference : take the measurement just below your chest, below where the beard of the bra would be, passing across the entire chest and back horizontally with respect to the floor.

Hip circumference: When measuring, you should stand up straight with your feet hip -width apart. Then place the measuring tape around the widest part of your hips or buttocks to measure. Make sure the measuring tape is horizontal with respect to the floor.
