When will my order be shipped or ready for pickup?
STOCK products ship the NEXT BUSINESS DAY. Cut-off time 11:00 AM
Made-to-order products between 7 to 10 business days, then shipped or picked up
When will my order arrive once shipped?
Shipments within the Metropolitan Region have a delivery time of 1 to 3 business days, if the package cannot be delivered on the first attempt, a second delivery attempt will be made, so this period may extend from 7 to 15 business days.
Shipments to regions take 2 to 5 business days, if the package cannot be delivered on the first attempt, a second delivery attempt will be made, so this period may extend to 15 business days.
Shipments to extreme zones of Chile up to 20 business days
International shipments by DHL 4 business days. Shipping does not include customs fees.
When can I pick up my order?
You have a maximum of 2 weeks to pick up your order. Orders not picked up within 2 weeks are considered forgotten and return to stock.
