How to take your measurements?

To find your ideal size, you need three key measurements: bust circumference, underbust circumference, waist circumference, and hip circumference. Use a flexible measuring tape and make sure it is horizontal to the floor for each measurement.

Bust circumference

Pass the tape under your arms and across your back, placing it over the fullest part of your bust. Keep the tape horizontal to the floor.

Underbust circumference

Measure just below your chest, following the line where your bra band would sit, going all the way around your torso and back horizontally.

Waist circumference

Measure at your waist, going across your back and abdomen. Keep your body relaxed, without sucking in or expanding your stomach.

Hip circumference

Stand straight with your feet hip-width apart. Place the tape around the widest part of your hips or glutes, making sure it is horizontal to the floor.

Recommendations for accurate measurement

🙌 Do not wear tight clothing when measuring yourself. Avoid sports bras or padded bras, as they can alter your real measurements — especially important for custom-made products.

🍒 If your bust is sagging, lean slightly forward to get the real circumference. You can also wear an unpadded, non-reducing bra. Remember that the bust adapts to the garment: if you wear a very tight or reducing top when measuring yourself, the result will not reflect your real size.

✨ Measure without underwear or with underwear that doesn't constrict, so as not to alter your natural measurements.

How to care for it
  • Wash with cold water and mild detergent.
  • Do NOT tumble dry
  • Do NOT iron
  • Washing machine recommendations: delicate cycle, cold water, and inside a mesh bag for lingerie or delicate items.
  • Dry in the shade
  • Are you on vacation and don't know how to wash your swimsuit? Rinse immediately after the sea or pool. If it has sand, wash with shampoo and soak in warm water for a few minutes in the sink. This loosens the finer sand that gets trapped in the fabric. Then rinse with cold water. Dry in the shade

Return and exchange policy

Made-to-order products are specially manufactured for you, so they have a different exchange policy than the rest of the catalog:

· If there is a manufacturing defect, we will replace it

We do not offer:
· Returns due to regret (as they are custom-made, products cannot be resold)
· Exchanges by mail (exchanges must be done in person at the showroom)

Why it's made to order

Producing stock requires manufacturing sizes and colors that don't sell well — and that ends up as dead stock and clearance items. We don't want that.

Each on-demand product is cut and sewn when you order it, in your exact size and color. Zero waste, maximum fit.

Why does it take 10 business days?

Because each made-to-order product is cut and sewn when your order arrives. We don't stock F or G cups — we make them for you. It's real artisan production, made to order, not a logistical delay.
Can I expedite the order?

In specific cases (travel, events), we can prioritize your order to 5 business days for an additional charge. Write to us at info@kinibe.cl before ordering.
What if I choose the wrong size?

We do not make exchanges or returns, so if you have doubts about your size, we recommend that you contact us at info@kinibe.cl and send us your necessary measurements to recommend a size. Remember that measurements should be taken without clothes, with the body relaxed. Therefore, we recommend trying it on beforehand to confirm.
Can I swim in this bustier?

Yes, it is designed for that. The beard reinforcement maintains the structure with prolonged use in water, especially in large cups where support matters more.
Does the fabric become transparent when wet?

No, our products are 100% lined, which prevents transparency. This applies to all colors.
