- In the event that there is a factory problem with the garment, there is a period of 3 months from receipt of the product to request repair of the product, or refund of the money.
- Contact me at info@kinibe.cl indicating the order number and item with defects.
- The fault indicated by the customer will be reviewed on the item to verify if it is eligible for repair, exchange or money back, return shipping is at Kinibe's expense.
